Order Process
Orders are placed manually via WhatsApp appointment and after a video conversation with our representatives. Payment methods accepted include PayPal and Wise transfer as per the discussion. Payments should be made from the pro forma invoice provided by Shola Gems.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the gemstone is returned without any damage or modification. The buyer is responsible for bearing the return freight costs. Upon inspection and verification of the returned product, the payment (deducting shipping, VAT, and insurance) will be refunded to the buyer’s account.
Shipping Terms
We ship gemstones using DAP (Delivered at Place) delivery term, in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020. Any additional duties or clearance charges applicable at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer as per local laws.
