Order Process
Orders are manually arranged via a WhatsApp appointment and a video conversation with our representatives. Payment options include Bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise transfer, aligned with the details in the pro forma invoice provided by Shola Gems.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only when the gemstone is returned undamaged and unmodified. You are responsible for return shipping costs. After inspection, a refund (excluding shipping, VAT, and insurance) will be issued.
Shipping Terms
We deliver using DAP (Delivered at Place) under INCOTERMS 2020. Any additional duties at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility.
